Knowing if we made the right career choice can be simple as answering this question. In the next two years, will you still be holding the same job position or will you move to another job?

Two years is enough time to familiarize yourself and have a degree of mastery on your job, tasks, duties, and responsibilities.

The job you will be doing depends on what you do at the present. If you decide to improve and upgrade your skills and keep track of it, you will soon be able to handle more complicated tasks.

The job that you will hold unto the next few years all depends on where you want to go and what you want to be in the future.

Ask Yourself these Questions

  1. Do you have a clear goal of what you want to be in the next few years?
  2. What skills have you started improving?
  3. What are your priorities?
  4. Do have plans of stepping up or applying for a promotion?
  5. If you have plans, what are you currentl doing to achieve those plans?
